Pantry Staple : Tutto Calabria Hot Long Chili Peppers

These fiery Calabrian peppers are our absolute favorite store-bought chilies. We are so in love with these things that we’ve always got a back up jar ready to go just in case somebody - you know who you are - goes a little too crazy in the kitchen. We mix them into meatballs and add them to salads and pastas whenever we are looking for a burst of heat.  They are great on pizzas and sandwiches and the leftover chili oil from the jar is wonderful drizzled over burrata or homemade ricotta.
