La Quercia Giveaway

 

We're excited to announce our first giveaway! We have an entire bone-in La Quercia "Acorn Edition" prosciutto hanging in the pantry, ready to ship to one lucky reader.

 

This prosciutto started with a locally sourced, organically fed and pasture-raised Berkshire pig from the highly regarded Becker Lane Farms. La Quercia's owners, Herb & Kathy Eckhouse, channel their inner European salumi maker by finishing the pigs on an all-organic acorn diet. The end result produces a cured ham that echoes the highly prized Jamón Ibérico de Bellota in Spain but is also uniquely American.

 

Each person can receive up to four entries into the drawing by doing any (or all) of the following:
